How long does it take to process my payment? Can I have the invoice?

Payments take X to process. Once you add requested the top through the form, the invoice is automatically created and sent to your email. All invoices can be found in the menu, ‘Finance > Invoices’, which you can download it if need it. However, this last option is currently unavailable at the moment.

How can I add funds into my account?

Adding funds to the account is a straightforward process. Begin by navigating to the ‘Finance’ section and completing the required form. After submission, you will receive an email containing the invoice.

Where can I see my funds?

The funds are displayed in the top bar. Next to the wallet icon.

What happens if I added wrong billing details and already generated the invoice?

Once the invoice is generated it cannot be modified. To modify it, contact your designated account manager or write directly to finance@astrad.io.
