  • I can’t get into my account. What do I do?

    If you're unable to log into your account, we suggest verifying the entered information. If the data is correct and you're still unable to access the account, please proceed to reset your password.

    If you've reset your password and still can't access the account, please reach out to the account administrator or send an email to contact@astrad.io for assistance. 

  • Once I’m in the platform. Where do I begin?

    If you're unsure about where to start, I suggest taking advantage of our platform guide. You can find this helpful resource in the menu above, marked by the '?' sign. The guide offers step-by-step instructions and valuable insights, serving as an excellent reference to familiarize yourself with the platform's features.

    A crucial point to remember is that for a campaign to successfully deliver, it's essential to have funds added to the account.

  • How can I add funds into my account?

    Adding funds to the account is a straightforward process. Begin by navigating to the 'Finance' section and completing the required form. After submission, you will receive an email containing the invoice.

  • Where can I see my funds?

    The funds are displayed in the top bar. Next to the wallet icon.

  • How long does it take to process my payment? Can I have the invoice?

    Payments take X to process. Once you add requested the top through the form, the invoice is automatically created and sent to your email. All invoices can be found in the menu, 'Finance > Invoices', which you can download it if need it. However, this last option is currently unavailable at the moment.  

  • What happens if I added wrong billing details and already generated the invoice?

    Once the invoice is generated it cannot be modified. To modify it, contact your designated account manager or write directly to finance@astrad.io. 

  • My invoice details changed, where can I modify them?

    To modify any detail of the invoice, contact your account manager or finance@astrad.io. 

  • I want to change my password for my account. Where can I do this?

    For password changes, we suggest reaching out to your account manager or making the request directly through the help chat.

  • What types of ads can I run through your platform?

    Display, Rich Media, Video and Audio ads.
