Deal IDs
A Deal ID is a unique identifier used in programmatic advertising to facilitate private marketplace deals. It acts as a key that allows advertisers and publishers to directly negotiate and transact, bypassing the open auction process. Deal IDs enable a more customized and controlled approach to ad campaigns, ensuring specific inventory and targeting criteria are met.
In order to have the deal id information, please get in touch with your account manager in charge. Once you have received the information, you can proceed with the creation.
We name the segment, add the shared deal id, and select which exchange this deal id belongs to. You can add some ‘Label’ to differentiate between deal ids in case you add several in the same segment (this is optional).
