Async Click

The main advantage of this feature is that it redirects the user faster, yielding better conversion rates.

With the synchronous click, the device started the redirection with a request to our system, which redirected us to the MMP and the landing page.

By applying the Asynchronous click (Async click), ASTRAD can send the user straight to the landing page [Click URL] and, in parallel, receive the click notification to forward it to the MMP. [Click tracking URL].

Please notice that the Asynchronous click can also be called in some documents Server to Server (s2s) click.

How to enable Asynchronous click:

You can enable async click at a creative level in the ASTRAD platform. To do so, you will need to:

• Add the “Click Tracking URL” (async / s2s URL)
• Modify the “Click URL” (landing/store URL)

Remember that those modifications can also be done through the Bulk edit and the Bulk upload functionalities.

There are different parameters required for every tracking partner; please make sure to check what yours are. If you have any questions, please let us know.
